 • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
 • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 • Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept various payment methods, including mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa) and bank transfers.
 • GadgetPoa is not liable for delays caused by payment verification issues.

• GadgetPoa offers next-day delivery on all orders placed. Orders placed after 5 PM may be delivered within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery fees apply and vary depending on location.
• Customers must provide a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional re-delivery charges.

• No refunds are provided once payment has been made.
• Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours under the following conditions:
        -  Product is unused and in original packaging
        -  You received the wrong item
        -  Product has a verified defect or is dead-on-arrival (DOA)
